AGE LIMITATIONS

 When renting a vehicle, you must: have a driving license and be at least 18 years old.

RENTAL PRICE

 The rental price is calculated on the basis of the number of days, in exceptional cases, based on the number of kilometers traveled. The minimum rental period is 24 hours from the time of picking up the car from the rental point or the place of delivery.

The price includes a full insurance package, VAT. The rental price depends on the selected car group. When traveling abroad, the company must always be informed about the planned route, and sometimes due to the high mileage planned, the rental price may be increased.

PAYMENT

A deposit of EUR 150 is left and the amount for rented days is included. Deposit abroad – deposit 300 Eur. The tenant can pay for the rent in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card. VISA (VISA ELECTRON) and MASTERCARD (MAESTRO) cards are accepted.

INSURANCE

 All vehicles are covered by compulsory civil liability and CASCO insurance. Responsibility for renting a car: in case of an insured event ¨C 150 Eur; in case of theft ¨C 10% car values.
For rent a 8-seat minibus: in case of an insured event – 150 Eur; in case of theft ¨C 10% car values.

LIABILITY OF THE LESSEE IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, ACCIDENT

 In case of an insured event, the tenant’s liability is provided by the size of the phrase. If a non-insured event occurs ¨C tenant is fully liable for damage to UAB “Biznio failai” and other event participants.

It is forbidden to do with/to rented car:

1. Engage in passenger transportation;
2. Push or pull another car or vehicle;
3. Carry goods in violation of customs regulations or other illegal means;
4. Driving or allowing a person who is intoxicated with alcohol, drugs, medicines;
5. Participate in or prepare for car races;
6. Drive off-road or off-road.

The Lessee and any other authorized vehicle driver must do everything in their power to defend the interests of the Lessor and the Lessor’s insurance company during the period of the lease:

1. Find out the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the persons and witnesses involved in the accident, the name and policy number of the insurance company, the make and model of the vehicles involved in the event; Accept no fault or liability in respect of third parties at the site of the accident; Do not leave the car unattended without taking care of its safety; Report to the police immediately about the accident and not leave the venue without police permission and certificate;
2. To inform the employees of UAB “Biznio failai”  about the accident that occurred during the 24 hours;
3. Under the general terms and conditions set out in the rental agreement, the lessee shall be liable for the damage caused to the car;
4. If the event is NOT INSURANCE, the Lessee shall bear full responsibility.

DRIVING LIMITATIONS

Our leased vehicles can be used throughout the territory of the European Union without any restrictions, however, it is mandatory to inform the company UAB “Biznio failai” about departure outside Lithuania.
It is prohibited to travel to the territories of Belarus, Ukraine, Russia with the vehicles rented by UAB “Biznio failai” without prior notice thereof, unless the vehicle is rented with the driver of UAB “Biznio failai”.

FUELS

The car is rented with a full fuel tank and the customer has to return the car to the fully filled fuel tanks. If the customer does not return the car to the full tank, he will be charged a refueling charge. For more information, contact your rental office.

VEHICLE DELIVERY / RECOVERY

UAB „Biznio failai“ offers vehicle delivery and pick-up from hotels, airports and other desired places. Delivery / pickup in the city of Šiauliai at the desired address is free. In other cities of Lithuania or the Baltic States, this service is provided by prior agreement for an additional fee.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Vehicle registration documents, technical passport, insurance policy must be returned at the time and place specified in the vehicle contract. Penalty for non-return of documents – 50 Eur. Otherwise, you have the option of sending documents through the parcel service. In that case, your rental period will continue until the date that UAB “Biznio failai” recovers your vehicle documents.

It is strictly forbidden for smoking in rented vehicles. In the event of a breach of this provision, a car cleaning fee of EUR 50 applies.

Mileage limitations: The total daily mileage must not exceed 300 km. When the renter exceeds the mileage, according to the restrictions of the lease period, 0.12 ct is charged. charge for each kilometer exceeded.
